One chat function.
No other trackers.
This site does not measure you and sets no advertising cookies. The chat function in the bottom right is the one exception: it can set functional cookies to remember a conversation. Below is exactly what happens.

Who processes your details
Moo Motion Design, trading as Moo Motion, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42143058, established at Gaasterlandlaan 12, 8443 CK Heerenveen, the Netherlands. For anything on this page, contact moomotiondesigner@gmail.com.
What the site itself does
There is no analytics on it, no advertising pixels, no social share buttons and no fonts loaded from somebody else's server. For the chat function in the bottom right I use Crisp. Once you open it, Crisp loads a script from its own server and may set functional cookies to recognise your conversation if you come back. If you never start a chat, that script never loads and nothing happens. What you type in the chat is visible to Crisp as a processor, and to me.
The server the site runs on keeps technical log lines, as every web server does: the address requested, the time, and an IP address. That is needed to deliver the site and to stop abuse. I do not use those lines to follow visitors around or to build profiles.
If you call or message
If you call, your number is in my phone. If you send a WhatsApp message it travels through WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta) and their terms apply to that part, which is outside my control. I keep nothing from the conversation beyond the notes I need in order to do your job.
If you mail or use the form
The contact form is sent through Formspree, which forwards the message to my mailbox. I receive what you fill in: your name, the phone number or email address you give, what it is about, and your message. No account is created and you do not end up on a mailing list — there is no newsletter to add you to.
I use those details only to reply to you and to carry out the work you ask for. Legal basis: performance of a contract, or the steps taken at your request before entering into one.
How long it is kept
- If it comes to nothing, your message and details are deleted within six months.
- If it does become a job, the details stay for as long as the job runs.
- Invoices and what belongs with them are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
Who else sees it
Nobody who does not need to. In practice that means whoever hosts the site, whoever handles my mail, the company behind the contact form, the company behind the chat function and my bookkeeping. I do not sell your details and I do not use them for advertising — mine or anybody else's.
About the work itself
If you give me photos, copy, customer details or other material to build a site or video with, I use it only for that job. The delivered work itself goes into my portfolio and onto this site by default; object to that in writing and it stays out.
What you can demand
You may ask what details I hold, have them corrected, have them deleted, have the processing restricted, or receive them in a readable file. An email is enough; I respond within a month, usually much sooner. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
If this text changes
If the way I work changes, this page changes with it and a new date appears at the top. There is no older version quietly still in force.
